The staff were amazing, especially Ceren at reception, who was so friendly, welcoming, and lovely, and Yacoub at the Panora restaurant, who was always smiling, made our kids so happy, and made every meal a pleasure. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay unforgettable. We also loved the Urban Chic Lounge, the food there was absolutely amazing and beautifully presented.
