"The owner and staff are very friendly. I loved my room. The hotel has beautiful views right on the lake, great food, and an amazing location just a three minute walk to the Hall of Fame and surrounding town with cool shops and great bars and restaurants. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"We stayed on the third floor which got us our exercise. They were painting and doing some updates so that’s always good. Loved having only a short walk to Cooperstown. Great stay!"

"Not a problem for us, but if steps are a problem for you, it will be a challenge. The location is excellent for the HOF. Also within easy walking distance to several restaurants, and souvenir shops abound. The parking at the back of the building is definitely a plus as well, as spaces fill up fast for any street parking."

"Room was clean and ready to go! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable! Parking lot is a bit small but there was a wedding the next day hosted at the place so there was alot of cars but nothing crazy."

"Pool was nice and clean. Rooms were clean. Bathroom sink took a while to drain. I notified the front desk. They were to look in to it after we checked out. Staff were great."

"There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return ."
