"DO NOT GO if you don't like bugs in your hotel room! So many bugs in my 2 day stay inside the hotel room. Beetles, stink bugs (which are quite large) and carpenter ants. I was absolutely disgusted. The lady who runs the place is very unprofessional regarding the condition of the room, claiming that a dirty room with bugs is to be expected in upstate, but I have travelled quite a lot upstate and this is the first such interaction to this extent. Had to call the maintenance guys 3 times to get rid...

"Great place, friendly staff, but low attention to details: - rooms and coridors are smelling due to old carpets which acculate dirt. They better be removed - not possibe to enter the gym - card cannot be used and it requires a code which was not communicated at check in - great kitchen, but no tea bags - high room price, but no breakfast, even for additonal pay And, aquapark is paid separatelly - $33/person. The room price inclused a pool and a hot tub."

"The property was convenient for what my trip was for, other than the shower having no hot water…had to leave very early in the morning and there was no one a available to help"

"The only thing in the lobby was water. In the past there has been coffee or tea and even hot cider (packet). There was nno cocoa in the room (as in the past) and even though it was early May, the weather was chilly."

"Very clean, nice location. Rooms were big and bathroom was really a nice size. Windows opened in the room and the bathroom, which I liked. Close to downtown Ithaca and restaurants. Spa was great! Outside property looks a bit dated. Could use some sprucing up, maybe some flowers and new plants but overall very nice. Would definitely return. "

"Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had a very strong smell of whatever air freshener they use to cover odors. The windows don’t open, so I couldn’t even air it out. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower were almost completely empty. I guess they didn’t check any of them. Parking is a bit of a headache and inconvenience. You have to have your ticket validated every time you leave. Coffee machine in lobby was broken. That was the biggest downfall for me. Walking...

"Great staff, gave me free upgrade to tower view room. Great location. Buffet is great. Complimentary fresh fruit water and lemon water tastes fresh. Little blueberry muffins are sweet. Everything is great. Will definitely come back."

"Not a bad hotel I wish had breakfast included as there was barely any good or drink options. Unfortunelty others staying in the hotel ran theough the halls all night until 3am even after staff spoke to them. Did not get a good rest there. "

"I stayed at the dorm hotel, visiting my daughter at Cornell. The first night I was there. The room had a generator outside there was no way I could sleep. I had to attend a few functions at the next day. Completely exhausted. Thankfully, they put me in a different room the following night and I was finally able to sleep.
