Some common areas in general and the chairs in my guest room were a bit worn in areas, but it appears the property is under renovation, so hopefully those little touches will bring the property up to a higher standard. "Great building and apartment. Brand new or newly renovated. Plenty of towels and pillows. No time to get to the square, but it is only two or three blocks - so proximity to the restaurants, bars, etc. is excellent. A few minor things for the owners - there is no outlet on the island. Obviously not intended as a computer desk - but such a large work surface deserves an outlet. Secondly, the large shower head makes for a relax shower but the water tends to fall versus jet from the...

"The room was clean and just as shown in the pictures; The loft and bedroom beds were comfortable but the mattress on the sofa was thin and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean with a nice walk-in shower. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The grounds were scenic and clean. "
