"The room was clean, but the beds were hard. The air con was not very strong , and the bathroom was old and needs updating. It has a shower head at waits level and a leaky rain head shower. The front desk staff were great, but the bar and restaurant staff were ok. The food was yummy, but heavy for breakfast and lunch. We did the all-inclusive packet and it was pretty good. The grounds are lovely and the pool was kept clean daily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"WE loved the location of the property although it was a long winding drive to get there.
The view of the beach was beautiful and everything you need is available. The food is very good. There was a different menu every night and the pizza shack pizza was excellent, esp. as an alternative for my 9-year-old grandson. "You must enjoy the outdoors and all it comes with (birds, iguanas, insects, etc) when staying here. The property is beautiful. This was my first time experiencing no Ac or 4th wall. The breeze and fans kept the room cool. I advise to turn off all lights at night and bring plenty of bug spray to keep the insects away. "My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
