"The breakfast staff were absolutely amazing. They were both very friendly. The gentleman made waffles and brought them to the table. The lady was constantly picking up plates wiping tables etc. the counters in the cafe were spotless. Spills etc. were cleaned up immediately. Everything was very well stocked. The front desk was helpful, and informative. We’d definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful place to stay and clean. Great staff and helpful. We will be back."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Great four night stay at The Powder house! So convenient to all black hills attractions but also a little seclusion as well. We appreciate that the property is pet friendly. Ample parking adjacent to our room. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our restaurant meals were outstanding. Highly recommend. Will go back."

"Clean rooms and common areas"

"Never go back there again. Disgusting."

"Not the cleanest of places and carpets in the halls could be steamed."

"We really enjoyed the water slide and the hot tub. The employee who was cleaning the swimming pool area deserves special recognition. He turned on the water slide for us and was especially accommodating."

"Pleasant staff. Clean, attractive room. We appreciated the complementary laundry and laundry supplies."

"There were just a couple of things. No bath mat for the shower when you get out. Biggest thing was there was only one desk chair and two of us. I had to sit on bed. Very uncomfortable. Bed was great just not to sit at night and watch tv. There was plenty of room to add a chair."

"Nice people"

"Alex was very kind during our late night check in."

"Great location, dry close to shopping and dining. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool, but they both looked good. Breakfast was good."
