"It was a last minute booking and paid way too much for what we got ( my fault) Wish I would have known it was more of a family vibe. Lots of kids in the hot tub. Never had any towels out. Getting in and out of the elevators was CRAZY… checking in was awful, trying to get in that crowded parking lot to get your things to your room. Next time I want to go to Myrtle Beach it will be a much smaller place."

"Very old and cheap-looking building. The staff use the same elevator as guests, so during checkout time I had to wait 15-20 minutes for an elevator with enough space for me and my luggage. The elevator area is completely open, so it was very hot. The AC in the room was too loud, which woke up my 2-year-old baby twice during the night. The balcony is dangerous for small children — the gaps in the railing are too wide, and a baby can easily fall through. The bathroom is very old, small, but clean....

"The pool was not available until 9 am and by then, too many kids in there. The hot tub was dirty with sand. The bar had watered down drinks. If you have small kids, this is good for you but if you want a cleaner resort, not possible here. The maid would give clean towels but never make up bed."

"The room we paid $1200 for didn’t have the patio requested & the toilet was broken. Staff quickly reassigned us to a smaller room with less amenities & the beds were full size instead of queen and one bed didn’t fit the frame. ""Ocean view" is a view of the parking lot. Apparently, if you want to have a room on the ocean you need to look for "ocean front". The toilets are very hard to flush and require multiple flushes. Could not open the patio door unless two people pushed (We are not weak). There was blood on the white comforter."

"The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap"
