"Way smaller room with bathrooms offering no privacy. Not even a mini bar in the room. When I asked to keep something in the ref they completely denied saying it’s written that there is no minibar. Very unhelpful and most of their staff always visible eating at the lobby. Just a congested stay and a high cost I won’t recommend"

"hotel is nice, in a very convenient central location, but it is definitely not perfect. The beds are quite uncomfortable as you can feel the springs + pockets of the mattress. The walls are quite chipped, and some of the lights don't work. The Bathroom was not particularly clean with paper stuffed into the sink hole for some reason. Worst of all though, is that the fire alarm went off at 5/6am disturbing my whole family, with no one being able to get back to sleep. I would recommend this hotel...

"The guy who was at reception on the day we arrived was nice and also the lady in the morning. But room is quite small for 3 person. The bed sheet was dirty if you see well."

"I arrived after booking a room for 3 adults - a double and a single beds. Staff helpful but stated we could have choice of a newly renovated room or one we had booked. I asked to see both rooms first as outside of hotel looked terribly run down. He then proceeded to tell us rooms were actually down the road, visited rooms and renovated room only had a pull out sofa that looked extremely small for an adult so accepted other room. Parking was limited in a run down alley, room had limited Seaview...

"We had twin beds & I had a double quilt cover on mine it had such a big hangover I kept getting my foot stuck in it. They didn’t clean our room on the Sunday for some reason? We managed using our towels twice & making our beds. We had to keep calling down for more coffee & sugar, coffee machine didn’t work one day seemed it was full of expired coffee caps, wile doing it he spilt some coffee over the bin onto the floor & just left it !! On the first day we needed help with air conditioning....

"Have stayed here before. Great to have accessible parking near the hotel on arrival. Staff really attentive and helpful at all times. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Handy bus stop into the centre of town so taxis not needed. Always an enjoyable stay."

"The only thing that let this stunning place down was the pool!! Cracked tiles, uneven serfice could of fallen and broken your leg on the outside pool terrace ( not even joking) far to small outdated and BADLY needs a revamp, went twice to get a sun bed there wasn’t any, loads out the back stacked up broken Come on guys a beautiful place like this, the grounds are to die for, Absolutly stunning Sort the dirty grotty pool area space out Only reason why wouldn’t stay again"

"The room I got was spacious with to double beds. It quite comfy, but the facilities in the bathroom were a bit out of date. Front staffs were nice, though I almost got heart attack when she forgot to return my credit card back and I had a moment that I thought I lost it. I got it back anyway and staff still helpful."
