"The staff was very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to answer questions, especially about the local. The room was very clean and comfortable. All in all, I would recommend stay there especially if you are only going to be in Singapore for a few days. "

"My most recent stay at Aqueen Heritage Hotel was very satisfying. Hotel lobby and room are clean and welcoming as always. Great shopping and eateries are close by.

"Bathroom condition is really bad and aircon makes noises all the time.
Complained to receptionist but he told me that I can cancel the room reservation if I am not happy with the conditions.
Unfortunately, there is no other hotel nearby which I can change easily."
