"My most recent stay at Aqueen Heritage Hotel was very satisfying. Hotel lobby and room are clean and welcoming as always. Great shopping and eateries are close by.
As usual, Mr. Hamid is very welcoming and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. "

"Bathroom condition is really bad and aircon makes noises all the time.
Complained to receptionist but he told me that I can cancel the room reservation if I am not happy with the conditions.
