We were in Saint John for two nights during a New Brunswick road trip. Our room was spotlessly clean and large, with dual aspects over the city.We got parked no problem in front of the hotel and we were told there is additional parking in the basement. There was a good choice of hot and cold items at the self-serve breakfast. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We walked into Saint John which took about 20 minutes. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Lovely accommodation and friendly welcome.
Easy 25 minute walk into St John via the Harbour path to bars & restaurants. Great location (7 minute drive) to the Digby ferry.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was amazing.
The location is perfect, loads of food outlets and shops very close by.
The only downside is the lack of soundproofing, it gets very, very noisy (especially the ground floor rooms) from around 7am to 11pm and you can hear the people in the rooms upstairs moving around (loudly).
The ground floor corridor gets very wet from the swimming pool users but it gets cleaned very quickly.
Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

The Saint John Harbourfront Hotel saved us in a pinch - we had to leave our Airbnb and found this to be an amazing last minute option. The room was spacious and the perfect size for two and a baby. It was a little worn (chipped wood and bubbling paint), but the view more than made up for it.
Breakfast was good (not great) and the coffee was bountiful.
Staff were wonderful.

The suite was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The sofa looked a little tired and the curtain was hanging off the rail at one end. Easily fixed.

One night stay. Clean and comfortable room. Adequate parking. There is both an active rail line and a highway behind the hotel, but we still got a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. More spacious breakfast area than some other chain motels, with the usual offerings of bread, bagels, muffins, cereal etc and some hot food.
