"Immaculate property. Big cozy room. CLEAN. Staff went above and beyond. Sooooo friendly and helpful. Walking distance to anything you need or what to do in the city. Honestly great. Will stay here again."

"La junior suite est très confortable, spacieuse et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Le bar et le restaurant sont top comme le personnel. Le spa est petit mais super agréable avec une piscine et des jets multiples ainsi que sauna hamman et salle de sport.
Cet hôtel à dimension humaine est très cosy et nous y reviendrons volontiers. "

"The rooms were phenomenal. They were historic, gorgeously decorated with beautiful period pieces. One felt like an old bourgeois couple from a century ago. The shared spaces were absolutely marvelous, like stepping back in time.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. This is a true gem of a hotel that gives you an unforgettable experience and it is located very near the old town and most things you will likely visit. Highly recommended.

"Beautiful quirky hotel, we stayed in Gothic a fabulous room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely unexpected suprise. Perfect location in the old town. Definitely will return but not bother with breakfast, we preferred to sample to local cafes nearby for a wonderful selection of food and drink "

"We had room service 3 times because the food was so delicious and cheap considering its a 4 star hotel, the staff was amazing especially a female receptionist and all staff was polite."
