"My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The only issue I would say we had was when booking there was only the option of 2 queen beds and having a toddler we preferred a king which was unavailable when booking. When we got to the hotel we asked and they had one but wanted to charge $52/night so we ended up with the 2 queen. The cleaning staff was really nice and gave us whatever we needed. The staff around the property were really friendly and helpful"

"With the construction going on, this place was a mess. We were initially given a room next to the pool in which there was no AC and no hot water. Moreover we had to argue to get a better room. Will not stay here again"

"Front desk staff was not present at check in. Homeless shelter is next door. Homeless people everywhere. When I asked if they had any problems with the people in the neighborhood, her response was ‘we are not responsible for your car, just park out front’. It is fair to tell patrons that there is a homeless shelter next door before they can’t get out of their booking…"

"Our first vacation with our baby and its not quite premium season: We apparently arrived at a party hotel for drinkers, smokers, and loud music till 1 am. No repercussions. In our room, our fire alarm went off at 4am and again at 6am waking us and our baby up. They did nothing for us. My husband had to rip it down himself so we could get any sleep. The inside cleaning staff was good but the outside cleaning staff were more on their phones than cleaning cobwebs off the bbqs, seating, etc. The...

"Very clean room; we had an issue with the toilet blockage ( not the hotel fault 😀) and they got the maintenance person up to us within seconds and he was done fixing it quickly and efficiently. The tv in the room is the new model better than I have at home. Overall, great service and experience!"
