"The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel could use some updating, and the mattress was extremely firm — basically like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom had a couple of spots that seemed overlooked during cleaning, though nothing major. There were plenty of transportation options nearby, making it easy to get into London city. Overall, you do get what you pay for."

However, after arriving, paying for the room, filling parpersork and being charged a £100 so-called “pre-authorisation,” we were informed that there was no room available due to a bathroom issue. "More quiet stay this time but the bathroom was so small unable to sit in the toilet, and the shower water pressure was so so bad "

"Appena arrivati il personale non sapeva del nostro arrivo per una mancata comunicazione tra Expedia e la struttura, ma i ragazzi della reception sono stati molto bravi a sistemarci subito in una camera provvisoria, il giorno dopo la camera che ci hanno assegnato era molto calda, non c'era un climatizzatore e non c'era un frigo. Non abbiamo chiesto nulla considerando che il prezzo era molto conveniente. Tutto sommato accettabile."

"didn't like from starting, plus they took 50 £ deposit for damages ,I just took a shower and a bit rest and left..I took even rubbish after my self ...so I paid for room plus they took deposit....:( very sad...my recommendation is "avoid " this hotel...a lot nicer around...I even discribe it doggy ( something not legal)"

"The room was very tinny. No AC, no fridge, the safe did not work. The window was very small. The weather was very hot and with that small table fan they provided could not get the job done. I spent most of my time outside as the room felt like I was in a prison."

"Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"Locks broken on room doors windows and bathrooms. Broken toilet seats blocked showers. The staff were helpful but no one maintains the property to a good standard"

"Location was good for my purpose. Shower had mould around the edge. Not paticularly clean. Bed wasn't comfortable. Pillows where thin. Late check in staff was grumpy. Room was super hot on a not paticularly warm day. Infact it had been raining. I had to take 2 lifts and a reasonable walk to get to my room."

"Hotel was in a good location, tube only a 15 min walk and close to arenas. This was probably the only good thing about the hotel, which is a complete let down as the pictures made it look lovely. The beds were so uncomfortable and mattress stained with what looked to be blood. Beds were cheap and could have collapsed at any point!
