"Several of the profile pictures on Hotels.com do not appear to be of the property - the photos of the newer "white" building, rooms and bathrooms were not in evidence during our visit.
While staying during low season, we thought we would experience a more attentive staff experience. Instead, the staff appeared lazy, tired and going through the the motions (although polite and friendly enough).
For example, on the first morning, there were barely any guests and we were offered a list of 4 set...
