Pool area was nice (if chilly), well located, mostly helpful staff (although when we asked for certain things to be fixed, they were not done in a hurry). Language was a slight barrier, but most of the staff tried their best. Batz-sur-Mer and surrounding area is really lovely. Particular things that we had trouble with were: Bathrooms were tired, and needed a jolly good bleaching - or...
