"On my way to the property at around 3pm I was contacted by the property staff that they were overbooked and put me in another property. I chose it especially for the location, because we were leaving on a cruise the next day and booked it 6 months in advance. I felt ripped off. Somebody obviously paid more than us at a last minute. If this wasn't the case why wouldn't the hotel contact me well in advance?"

"The check in process was all done virtually. No live person, no front desk. Just Face ID, QR codes and numeral codes. It was my first time encountering this process and I had a hard time. I did find my way through the check out process via WhatsApp and communicating with someone on WhatsApp. Once I was able to check in it was smooth sailing after that. "Thai is a nice place. The only issue with my unit is that was on the first floor facing the st. Therefore it was a bit noisy at night. But I know they have other units more quite. Good AC, clean apartment, nice looking. Very helpful staff, kitchen was good. "
