Breakfast was a disaster with the room attendant screaming that only one waffle was included. She had no idea that I was there for myself and my child. My child was sitting in the lobby with our belongings to check out. The waffle iron wasn’t in working order and spilled bater all over me, which was made more awful when I was yelled at. This wasn’t my fault, burned me, and left me feeling like a child being berated. We stayed for two nights. In that time, my room key didn’t work SEVEN times. "

"The reason we stayed at the hotel was to use the pool for my children. Unfortunately when we checked in. The pool wasn’t working and the staff asked us to use the next door hotel pool. We didn’t want to do that. It meant going outside and walking outside with wet hair. Unfortunately not a good idea with it being winter. That’s the only downside of staying at the pool. We travelled 2 hours away for a mini gateway. Was pretty disappointing not having a pool. "

Pool area was spacious and clean. In a bit of an industrial area with not much for amenities close by. Easy access to major roadways to easily get around the city"
