We struggled to find it as the directions said to go in the mall car park, signage and directions for the ‘hotel’ were hopeless. The room and bed itself were comfortable but the view was over a mall car park. The security door didn’t work so we felt a little unsafe as anyone who came into the shopping mall could have easily broken in. "Pre-check in comms and answering cell number after arrival were very poorly handled. Would have been better to be able to chat to someone to get the details from a human than just a board at reception when we arrived. "
