"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...

"Loved that it was right downtown but tucked away nicely so you could still be away from the hub but close enough to walk it... liked, but my car didnt, the underground parking it was very steep and my car is low so scraped all the way down ... wasnt a huge fan of paying for parking but this I know some hotels do though, I do like that the car could stay longer after I checked out "

"The room was beautiful and the staff was amazing and very friendly. Lobby / downstairs area just leaves a bit to be desired. But needless to say I would most certainly book here again "
