They notified us on arrival there would be building noise each day from 10 to 4 pm - yes it was noisy and continued to 5pm. Hotel was extemely busy, long queues in reception, the "highly sophisticated" call systen for the elevators had several problem and we had to nominate our time for breakfast as it was so crowded."
