"This was our fourth time staying at the Mafolie and it was wonderful as always. The hotel is very quaint with a real island charm. The view is the best on the island. The rooms are not fancy but are clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar provide delicious food and craft made cocktails. Great service in the bar/restaurant and in the hotel. "

There are 2 water bottles in the fridge already which was a nice touch. I had the deluxe apartment and the view was amazing. And there’s a great steakhouse right above the hill that you can walk too. "The property was in very poor condition. There was a broken refrigerator on the back patio with the door still attached. Very dangerous for small children. There were bugs crawling all over the furniture. We would have left the property had it not been for the fact that it was just a overnight stay before heading to the airport. The itinerary stated that it would be a $35 cleaning fee. The host charged us $75. We are disputing this charge through our American Express account. You could bet...

"The staff were friendly. The bartenders at both pools were great. I used the gym and it was clean and all that I needed. The pools and ocean view were amazing. We also walked around the shore and enjoyed the Sun and Sea restaurant at a neighboring resort. "

"This is a great place to stay to be close to the airport to save on taxi fares, as it is walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom, and the staff were super lovely and helpful. It has a little pool and nice views across the bay. There is no restaurant, but we did get a free muffin for breakfast. The nearest restaurant is a 15-minute walk away, at the hotel down the beach."

"Amazing new hotel with great staff. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops. Very reasonable supermarket about a minute walk from the hotel. No complaints at all and will 100000% stay here again. Only thing is that you have to take about a 15 min drive to the beach make sure to have cash bc they charge $12 a person. "
