"Lobby washrooms need some work The food is limited and the included drinks are low quality, everything else is paid à la cart at bars. Even bottled water are extra cost"

"I would start with the negative part, although the rooms are non smoking, smoking is allowed on site and no ambiance music but that is not enough to remove stars. Earlier reviews mention mosquitos, for sure this was taken care of as we stayed there 12 days and have not seen a single one of them. The food is excellent, I tried almost every dish on their menu. The entire place is clean and well taken care of, we saw a number of employees actively cleaning and trimming the vegetation of this...

"El hotel es muy lindo. El personal CARISMÁTICO, No tienen frutas deben mejorar eso no ofrecen batidos y pierden ingresos por que quien no ama un buen batido. Lo único que me incómodo mucho fue el maltrato de Miss Julie al personal delante de los clientes, ella se estresa y se entiende pero creo no tiene lo que se requiere para interactuar con los clientes."

"Schone kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtig hoofdgebouw in koloniale stijl. Goed restaurant. Direct aan het strand. Tennisbaan inclusief. Komen graag nog eens terug!"

"This is a truly magical place. Secluded in an paradise island. Every single staff member did their best to provide us with a top-class experience. We only had one small hiccup with the concierge prior to check-in. We requested guidance in the country entry requirements and, although we were told that they would check with management, they never got back to us. It does not reflect poorly in the concierge but, in my humble opinion, in having the right training from management. No big deal. ...

"The room was good. Close to the airport. Nice and quiet."

"Was amazing beautiful and very relax"

"Exquisito todo"

"Large rooms with a/c and ceiling fan. Breakfast and dinner was included. Staff helpfull in getting a taxi to pick us up. But surrounding neighborhood abit creepy especially at night."

"This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a property . To start when we got there we were told no outside food or drink was allowed in the property because we need to buy there food and drinks like wth I can’t bring left overs weird then walking towards the room everything was turned off and it was a ghost town water slides off infants water park off rock climbing nothing no amenities were activity or able to be used I kept walking towards the room . Getting to the room AC didn’t work...

"The place is located next to the shore. It has a beach and cabanas next to it. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. We did horseback riding with the kids and they loved it. The view of the volcan Concepcion is unbeatable. Howling monkeys and others animals are present on site. We stayed in the family cabin and it had a view of the volcano and animals. It was very relaxing! Good restaurant, but the paraiso restaurant, at 15min walk on the beach, is something else!"
