"Excellent grounds, great pool. Clean.
Staff great at front desk and pool area. Might be a bit short staffed at breakfast. Would absolutely come back, great place."
"First time staying at an Archer Hotel and the one in Napa did not disappoint & was awesome. We loved our room, it was clean & very well-appointed. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants & bars including Oxbow Public Market. The rooftop bar was very nice to look out over the city & river valley & made great cocktails. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which had permanent lounge chairs set in a shallow pool to cool off on a hot sunny day. Many comfortable loungers and even outside fireplaces for cool evenings on the rooftop. Fitness center that has nice, updated equipment and a place to refill your water bottles. The woman (Lisa?) who checked us in was very courteous & professional. I don’t think there are any negatives about the hotel itself. The valet parking can be very busy & not a lot of spaces for unloading in front of the hotel during busy times. Valet was always prompt bringing our car out front. It would have been nice to have a store in the hotel that sells sun dries. After a day of wine tasting, I was experiencing some heartburn/acid reflux. I couldn’t find a drug store or shop nearby that sold Tums or Roland’s. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Archer Hotel in Napa & would stay here again."
"We stayed here for two nights with our little Corgi, and our dog approved this place!! We love taking a long walk around the property including the vineyard & garden. The hotel staff promptly brought a dog bed and bowls to our room right after we checked in. The breakfast was AMAZING!! We found a quiet corner to sit with our dog and we truly enjoyed the view of the vineyard while eating our breakfast. There was a misunderstanding of the dog fee 'tax' at time of check out, but Tracy graciously resolved and waived some of the fees for us. We will definitely stay here again and next time we'll bring our dog parent friends with us!! :-)"
"Hotel Yountville was an extraordinary stay. The facility is gorgeous and the aroma of flowering jasmine throughout the property is worth the visit alone. The staff was attentive and on point, while the dining room from a culinary and service standpoint was exceptional. One of my favorite trips of all time. You will love it."
