"I hav unpleasant experience abt this hotel. Pros : decoration looks nice, clean, well equipped, front is helpful. Cons : I stayed at room 105 1. After check-in, electronics in the room was not working. I called house keeping, she said impolitely did I open any door. I said no, her voice sound frustrated and said I should check if door is open and wait 5 min till she comes down. I've waited 30 min but no one showed up so I asked front desk to help and wait for another 30 min before problem...

"I have stayed at Seymours on many occasions. The on-site manager is always very welcoming, efficient and helpful. The room I stayed in on this occasion (as with past rooms on past occasions) was spacious, clean and very well resourced. I will happily stay again at Seymours in Ballarat when I am next in town.
