"Beautiful property! Very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. We loved the pool as the beach had sargassum and was unusable. We booked this hotel bc of the proximity to the beach. We were still happy that we booked it as it is very nice. Free shuttle service to and from downtown area. Had an issue with the AC on the last night but the hotel took care of us. Thank you so much for an amazing week!"

"The hotel has a beautiful pool. However, the rooms are rather small, the lighting is poor, and there are no mirrors outside of the bathroom. The hotel has a poolside bar which apparently accommodates all of your meals, coffee alcoholic beverages, etc. The hotel offers a food truck service only it’s not really a food truck. You have to go to the bar (one bartender for all services) to order the food that comes out of the food truck eventually. The hotel is understaffed and the existing staff...

"The resort itself was beautiful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The property has a lot to offer, and we were looking forward to a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, the first three nights of our stay were anything but relaxing due to a business event being held at the resort. Our room was located above or near the ballroom, and we could hear the loud bass from the music being played during the events. The noise carried into our room late into the night and made it difficult to relax....

"This property is write down and was traditionally over priced for the stay. The gives run down Dexter vibes and was less than fabulous in its remodeling. One sad elevator and just a general sad run down hotel that might have been nice several decades ago even with the location. Parking was 100% full when went to park.
