"Clean 🙌"

"Incredible location. The spa is gorgeous. Highly recommend the restaurant however the wait staff is a bit green. Food was fabulous."

"Checkin went smoothly though man at desk had a phone line open the entire time presumably with his boss on the other end. We were given a regular room but changed upon request to an accessible one on the bottom floor. The view of the lake from the main floor deck was beautiful. The patio and stairs leading from it not so much There were very worn out boards that felt spongy in places. It could use some TLC. The exterior of the building and surrounding buildings is tired and could also use some...

"The place was nice, comfortable bed, great location, especially if you are ski skiing on Sunapee. There don’t seem to be any hotel workers actively there and everything is digital so that’s worth keeping in mind. For what it’s worth, the text assistant I was working with was very prompt in responding when I had a question."

"During a 3 night stay, the room was never clean despite repeated requests. Had to empty our room’s garbage ourselves - only once did they empty one wastebasket. No bed making, cleaning, etc. No place to hang clothing. Paid for 3 people but towels and amenities were only given for 2 people. Will never stay there again. The only positive was the location."

"They won't answer any questions. Won't call you back. Nothing. Would not recommend"

"Mountain Edge is ideal for long weekend or week long stays in Sunapee."

"No complaints 👌 everything was as expected and comfortable."

"We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the space. Thank you!"

"We arrived at the hotel around 8 pm and we were told that our room was not ready. Came after a very long journey and the whole town was booked. I don’t know what was going on, they were acting very discreet. We had to go out, and get dinner and come back for the room to be ready. This is very unusual. The day after, front door staff was acting like nothing happened. We are disappointed."

"The lady that checked us in gave us great directions, helped out us greatly, room was comfortable we needed a cot which she provided. The halls did have a funky odor, the breakfast area was clean."

"Room was great. Staff were lovely. Laundry room is out of order but we were given no prior notice."

"This was an immaculate hotel. The room and bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fabulous!"

"AC, nice staff"
