"I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had several issues that impacted my stay. The toilet stopped working every day, which was extremely inconvenient. The AC was not cooling effectively the first night, although maintenance did come and defrost it. I was initially assigned to a handicap room. When I asked to switch to a different room, the staff member insisted on keeping me there, saying the bathroom would be smaller, which felt dismissive. The gentleman who checked me in was unfriendly, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that bias may have influenced how we were treated. Both times, we were placed in rooms far in the back of the hotel, which was inconvenient. Overall, I felt the service and maintenance issues made this stay uncomfortable, and I would hesitate to return. If you want, I can also draft a slightly stronger version that emphasizes the discomfort and treatment without being accusatory, which often gets more attention from hotel management. "Room was horrible, garbage in shower, broken toilet seat, sink did not drain, even with the water pressure barely more than a drip. Druggies in the parking lot pretty much every day, just park and do drugs for hours. Manager was extremely rude, asked about a package that was delivered to front desk….she wouldn’t even look at UPS confirmation, did not look for the package…just very rudely told me no packages accepted for guests. I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude she really was. Worst propert I have ever stayed at. Even found a live tick walking around the floor…checked mattress so don’t think bedbugs. Would leave but Spring Break and not much availability at other locations. Phil at Front Desk was ONLY positive at this location. He was professional, friendly, and polite. I feel bad even seeing him having to work under this Manager."

"Staff and amenities were awesome! The room was very clean, but very old. Spent a lot to get a room on the beach, but very old! Reviews talked about it being renovated, but the rooms on beach are not renovated yet."

"Gorgeous, old-school property with renovated rooms. Some face the beach, some face the bay, and some are in between. Small pool up front for kids, with a quiet pool hidden away. Plenty of nice towels provided, along with beach loungers, beach umbrellas, and sand toys for kids. Easy crossing to very nice beach and a pergola if you prefer to stay out of the sun. Our unit (167) was a nicely equipped 2 bdrm, 2 bath apartment with a partial balcony view of the bay. Parking was easy right under the building."

"We stayed in room 612. The room is nice and the location is solid. One little bathroom for the multiple bedrooms is not ideal. The shower soaked the floor every time creating a mess. Trash cans and trash littered our parking spot. Expected a little more. "

"This was the worst room that I have ever rented. Small bathroom, small kitchen, stove and refrigerator were all rusted on the exterior and were probably 50 years old. Continental breakfast was an embarrassment including toast, cereal and protein bars. Do not even consider staying at this location. "
