"Amazingly stunning hotel Brilliant , helpful staff and the rooms ( comfy , spacious beds with such comfy pillows too ) The restaurants are fantastic ,really lovely all round . We will definitely return."

"The spa facilities were poor dirty showers , ran. Out of towels had to walk all the way to reception to pick one up , couldn’t get in the jacuzzi as full of children the steam room was cold I had just finished work and was looking forward to a lovely relaxing time , went to have a shower and guess what no shower gell in the dispensers overall very disappointed , the room we stopped in was ok it was at least clean ."

"The breakfast was fresh varied and delicious. Special shout out to Ryan on the front desk who resolved an issue with our room ( not all channels available on the tv) immediately by transferring us to the next door room. Really appreciated that. "

"Room was basic but clean. Staff helpful. Decent breakfast. Pool quite small and limited poolside chairs. Sauna room small. Jacuzzi was big and good pressure. Lakes restsurant had limited choice for vegetarian and no chicken or lamb dishes. Nothing nearby and the closest place to dine is Faversham. "

"Whilst the room could have done with a little update - fraying carpets and old furniture being held up with paper underneath the legs - it was an amazing experience. The hotel has an old period charm and sits perfectly in the Ditton Village area. I did not have an opportunity to try the breakfast, but hopefully next time I can. A really lovely stay and very polite, helpful staff."

"The Sun Inn is beautifully quirky. The bar and the garden were vibrant in the early evening and our room was lovely and quiet for the night. The staff were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"Staff, very good, room was warm and comfortable. As always anywhere there is a limited meal selection for those with a Vegan diet, just needs plain food available to cater for them"

"toilet not flushing ,curtain of the pole in bedroom ,try to have a shower water hot/cold no set temp ,shower curtain to long seating in bath(easy solve move curtain rail up to ceiling , could not find bath mat did not wait for breakfast "

"The rooms and I say rooms because we had to refuse the first room which had faulty central heating, excessive water on bathroom floor and a bed with worn out mattresses. To add insult to injury they threaten to call the police instead of offering another room when my wife complained. The second room also had flooded bathroom, broken TV, faulty window and faulty heating we endured the three nights but will never return. "
