"Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night. "

"The hotel is centrally located in the historic punta arenas. Most tour companies will do the pick up and drop off at this location. The staff were excellent and it’s close to restaurants and supermarket. Everything is walking distance."

"宿泊前のWhatsAppでの質問にすぐに返事をくれ、到着後もてきぱきとかつ気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。困ったことや気になることがあってもいつもゲストのためを考えてくれているのがよくわかり、たとえ悲しいトラブルがあっても心温まる思い出になるような、素敵な宿でした。部屋も快適で、小さなキッチンもついていて便利でした。また、鍵付きの駐車場もあり、翌朝空港でレンタカーを返すまでの間も安心して車を停めることができました。朝食は簡単なものでしたが、単なるビュッフェではなくホットサンドを焼いてくれ、とても美味しかったです。"
