"The property was clean and the breakfast was good. The room was spacious. The table under the tv was broken and the door on the bathroom did not shut all the way. When it was open you couldn't get to the light switch. We had booked a superior suite and it described 2 queen beds. When we arrived they offered us 2 rooms, on different floors. When asked if they were identical we were told yes, but when we got to our room we had one queen bed and one single bed. Luckily our son was just short enough to sleep on the couch. Overall our stay was fine, it was a single night. There are restaurants within walking distance and one on the property. The staff didn't tell the kitchen that there were 4 of us and breakfast was made at our requested time. About 10 minutes after seating us a server came out and said the chef only cooked 2 breakfasts because they were not told there were 4 of us, but that same server had seated us. He seemed to be trying to have us say not to worry about it, but we clarified we needed 4 meals. The food was good and good sized portions when it came. Having to book a time for breakfast was a little strange when the booking gave a time range for breakfast. The restaurant looks on to a nice grassed area with exotic birds roaming the property. Overall a good experience. Could use some more attention to detail on the finishes and painting of the property."

"This is a very basic hotel. Only stayed here on our stop over cause we landed late and our flight was early morning the next day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedding could do with new mattresses the showers could do with more power. But I guess you get what you pay for and we just needed a bed for 5hrs and this did the job. 15-20 minutes drive to the airport so very convenient.Would recommend for a very short stay."

"It’s a nice property with very good security! The staff is friendly & helpful. There’s a nice restaurant with breakfast lunch and dinner. The unit was very clean and had nice amenities! The shower had the strongest water pressure we’ve ever seen - wow - great shower! But, they do need a curtain between the bedroom and the bathroom. Also, a curtain over the bathroom window. Would be a great place to stay long-term, very spacious and comfortable with huge TV. We would stay there again for sure!"

"My family and I recently ENJOYED a staycation at the resort. We travel frequently and typically stay in 3 to 5-star hotels, so we have a good frame of reference. However, I do have some concerns to share. First, we had difficulty finding the resort because the signage outside was inadequate. Our driver was following Google Maps, which unfortunately led us down a bumpy, scary road, but we made it safely in the end. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an awesome staff who assisted us in every way, so there were no issues there. One significant concern was the food service. We had read previous reviews indicating that food takes too long to arrive, and we found this to be true. Even though we stayed for two days and were the only guests on our last day, our food was still delayed, even though we had requested it hours in advance to accommodate our baby. I suggest that someone be available at the reception at all times. Our driver arrived to take us to the airport (JKIA), but there was no one at reception. I had left a note and the key card at the desk, asking someone to call me when they arrived so I could settle my remaining bill. Unfortunately, we didn’t leave the property until after 7 AM, which left us rushing and nearly missing our flight. The guards contacted management, and they quickly came to assist us. Awesome. Overall, I hope my comments and suggestions are taken constructively. A PLACE TO VISIT FOR RECURRING OR/AND NEW VISITORS."
