โรงแรมและที่พักในจังหวัดลับบ็อก

"We had two rooms so we had two different experiences. One room was considered clean and comfortable with zero complaints. The other room was uncomfortable, the bed felt like a full and not a queen, the foutain faucet had a lot of build up that made it look dirty and the toilet constantly ran…and twice it made a very loud noise that required me to get up and jiggle the handle. The pool was not clean and there were no guest towels. Another guest had to go inquire about them and bring them out....

"Room was decently clean. Top duvet cover was dirt/ stained. Overhead light in bathroom didn’t work but luckily the light around the mirror did. Hair on wall of shower. Walls not sound proof: you could hear conversations, tvs, and dogs. We were on the 2nd floor. Had a young family right next door. They left for 4 hours and left their dog alone in the room. The dog barked and whined off and on the entire time. When I let the front desk know (after the 1st hour), she seemed irritated but obviously...

"Other than there being crumbs on the dresser right in front of the TV and different sizes of hair on one of the beds, it was fine."

"Perfect location and staff were extremely friendly."

"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I travel pretty frequently! The check-in was late due to the rooms not being clean yet which made everyone have to get ready in a rush to make it time for the Ella Langley concert which a lot of people were probably late to because the check-in was so late. When I finally got checked in half of the lights in the room didn’t work. The drains were clogged in the shower and toilet, and the towels were full of blood! Alex up at the front desk was very helpful...

"We loved this hotels"

"Excellent stay!"

"Kayla was very helpful and friendly while checking in. She communicated well with me on the processes for checking out and the refund policy for the deposit. My visit to Lubbock was work related, and the motel was within minutes of the civic center. Affordable and fairly quiet."

"The staff was awesome, even while they had limited options to help! They were always friendly and tried to be accomodating. It was sad that they had to apologize for things the ownership and corporate was not addressing. They said the hotel was scheduled for remodel 3 years ago but was not started yet. I booked through Expedia which rated this hotel higher, but it was VERY misleading! This is a low rate hotel. Ownership and corporate are not doing their part! It needs repairs, totally new...

"Great location close to events."

"I always stay here when I come to Lubbock but that may change next time. Not really a “ bad “ rating but the $5 a night parking is something new to me, the breakfast “ bar “ is nothing to brag about. Wish they would have healthier options like with the yogurt, some kind of granola, more fruit other than apples and oranges. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel with your average noise with kids running the halls late at night and the people above you sounding like they’re wrestling on the floor....

"Good clean rooms. 10 out of 10"

"Not a great breakfast but there was lots of it."
