"The apartment was wonderful and attractive, although the room I did expect was a room with separated living room as I saw in the advertised pictures. It was very comfortable with facilities to cook. We slept very well in the very comfortable bed after our long journey in Europe. The receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed our 4-night stay there a lot. It would be perfect if the body lotion, shower cap and dishwashing liquid would be provided in room too. It was not so convenient for public...

"Breakfast was good... better than out later stay at Park Plaza Waterloo. No big fancy lobby or usual larger check in desk, but modern smaller table with staff. They were already there and helpful. Pool was really nice. We his dinner there too twice and the food was excellent. The Bream worth veg. And beetroot lemon? Computer was amazing!!! Although beam was on the smaller side for a serving of fish at this price, but done well. Hot chocolate was nice and 'cocoay' . Good location for...

"Room was basic could do with an update. No plug sockets near the bed, one socket didn’t work. Room was clean and towels were good quality. Staff checked me in but didn’t tell me where to go or that I needed to use my room card to work the lift, it would have been good to know!"

"As usual, Holiday Inn Brentford offered an excellent service. My room was spotlessly clean. Overall, a very enjoyable experience."

"It was a safe warm place to stay if you have no place else. The neighborhood was very interesting with lots to places to eat and shop. It appeared safe so I won't knock it. I just really needed a place to stay due to a cancel flight and it was a short walk from the train station that took me back to the airport. The walk with a carry on luggage was very manageable and lots of food shops and restaurants between the hotel and train station."

"Stayed to see a concert in Wembley, the apartment was great for what we needed, bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the shower wasn’t very powerful but the rest of the apartment was really clean and couldn’t have asked for a better location for the stadium. Will definitely stay again"

"Prima om te verblijven voor een nachtje maar de kamer is erg gedateerd. Het ontbijt was matig zowel qua keuze als de kwaliteit. Van de 2 ochtenden hebben we 1 ochtend ontbeten en de andere dag zijn we elders gaan ontbijten."
