"The room was very good. You will enjoy nice view and great food offered from the hotel. But the service we have experienced wasn’t that great. They kept us waiting for the engineer to fix the air con for an hour without notice so we have to call to check by ourselves."

"The security and attention from some of the staff is really good. We were having an early excursion, and they allowed us to have breakfast before they opened the breakfast area. The only thing I didn't like was that they wanted to charge us $100.00 € because one of the little towels had make-up. That's a bit excessive. "

"The property has great location a great beach with beds and shade. The pool was nice and the service was great. The only thing I wasn’t expecting is to find the rooms very old and in bad conditions, the web page shows a very modern hotel but it’s not like that. I’m reality it’s old but well kept in common areas but my room was damage, old and very small (and I get the family room ) "
