"The staff was superior"

"The room was very good. You will enjoy nice view and great food offered from the hotel. But the service we have experienced wasn’t that great. They kept us waiting for the engineer to fix the air con for an hour without notice so we have to call to check by ourselves."

"BEST LOCATION. 2 min walk to shops, cafe, restaurants and mall. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Rooms are clean and modern. Great vibes and stay. Definitely recommend for a fun city feel"

"We were impressed the staff were very friendly and professional, room was clean, the breakfast was okay, but we would have loved to have more fresh fruits varieties, and sourdough bread. The meals we had at the pool were good and the greek salad was super delicious. The complementary welcome drink at the reception was yummie, and the virgin Pina Colada at the pool was refreshing (thank you). The hotel was really nice and the pool was great, the view from the room over looking the sea was...

"No ac under 23 to save the weather but it’s find to sleep in heat while you paid $500 per night !! 2nd check out at 12 so 12:05 they lock you out your room with out your bags and stuff and I don’t that to go 3 time to front desk to get other keys and non of them is working until they send some one work there to open the apt for you"

"We had such an amazing experience at Manara Luxury Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. A huge thank you to Iyad at reception — he was absolutely amazing! He accommodated us throughout our entire stay, helped us with everything we needed, and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. His hospitality really stood out. We stayed in the Premium Suite, and it was gorgeous! The room had everything we needed, and the service was incredible....

"The room was clean and comfortable. Next to the hotel is a great Lebanese restaurant Lebanese Um Khalil."

"Very friendly and polite staff. Staff are everywhere to help with guests. Big restaurant for breakfast with many choices. Hotel is little dated but it can be compensated with spacious public areas and friendly staff. Big outdoor swimming pool and warm indoor swimming pool that are quiet most of the time."

"Excellent experience "
