"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim”
Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"The room was clean, the staff were very friendly. It was hot outside so the air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a car the Pomme D'Or does not have its own car park. You have to use the car park of a sister hotel which is a 16 minute walk away."

"We think that this is a really nice hotel. The food in the bar was excellent. It’s in a good location for exploring St Helier and beyond.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had great room with lots of windows which was great but we stayed during a very hot spell of weather. The fan in the room was totally inadequate, we did ask for and were given another fan.
From talking to another guest we became aware that there is a sister hotel with shared facilities. It would have been good to...

"Ideal location. Process easy. Furniture very uncomfortable. No room cleaning nor clean towels during stay. Would use again because of location."

"We had a comfortable stay at this place. This is a clean and affordable accommodation. Staff weee very helpful and good breakfast.
It would have been better if pedestal fans were available to beat the hot weather in the night."

"My wife and I spent five nights at the Westhill Country Hotel on a bed and breakfast break and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is clearly well cared for, with a warm, welcoming team who were always present without ever feeling intrusive. Every amenity—from the dining areas to the leisure spaces—was spotless and well maintained. It made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay that felt both personal and professional."
