"We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! The staff were first class, attentive throughout the hotel and we couldn't fault the superb service. The price of food and drinks were what we expected for a 5 star hotel...

"Excellent location, just around the corner from the Liberty Bus station, so taking tours and getting around was easy. All the staff were polite and efficient, even if they didn't always understand what was being said the first time. The only downside was that the room we had was under the eves of the building, so that one side of the bed was difficult to get into/Out of! Apart from that, thoroughly recommended."

"Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits avec petits dejeuners. La chambre pour 3 est correcte Les petits déjeuners sont richement garnis. L hotel est proche du centre de st helier a pied. Le parking est pratique La piscine et salle de sport se trouve en face de l hotel. Une rue a traversé. Ce n est pas hyper pratique mais pas contraignant non plus. Mon fils de 14 ans a ete accepte dans la salle de sport aux machines sans charge. L hotel est afpte aux personnes a mobilite reduite"

"Great place with excellent service and perfectly located. Know that it is old - creaky floors but very well refurbished. EG Excellent bathrooms A bit noisy due to the room location - was hoping for better location as I had booked early but I get the feeling many others had been coming for years and as a newbie. Note that Jersey is not inexpensive."

"Excellent sea view from the balcony. The room is spacious and clean. The floor of the hotel room seems to be made of wood. When you walk in the room, you will feel the floor vibrating, and even the furniture in the room will vibrate as well."

"Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. All food was great, breakfast set us up for the day! Good Location just outside St Helier centre and a fabulous tidal pool to swim in the sea just opposite the hotel. Outdoor pool at the hotel is heated to a good temperature."

"Nous avons passé quelques jours afin de nous reposer. Cet endroit est magnifique et conviendra totalement à quelqu’un qui souhaite déconnecter dans un cocon avec un personnel au petit soin.
