"The staff were all very polite and the food was excellent. Breakfast super every day and had a dinner one evening, which again was excellent. We also spoke to several local people whilst out and about and they too spoke highly of the hotel. Would certainly stay again. "

"We stayed for a week in a delux side sea view room. The room was excellent with plenty of space, a comfy bed, lovely fixtures and fittings in the bedroom and bathroom. There was a slight negative though, the window had some condensation between the glazing, which slightly obscured the view. That said, it wasn't a major issue, but the window does need replacing. The food selection and quality at breakfast was first class. The staff also deserve a big thumbs up as they were always helpful and...

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you. "

"Excellent location, just around the corner from the Liberty Bus station, so taking tours and getting around was easy. All the staff were polite and efficient, even if they didn't always understand what was being said the first time. The only downside was that the room we had was under the eves of the building, so that one side of the bed was difficult to get into/Out of! Apart from that, thoroughly recommended."

"Te location is very good with extensive views across the bay. The codition of the property overall is very good and all areas are attractively presented. The food options are a bit limited but should be adequate for most people. All areas looked clean well maintained."

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast bar was plentiful and food good. Bar food was also very good. Hotel is wheelchair-friendly with entrance ramp as well as inside ramps and accessible lavatories. Property is only 6 minutes from the port by taxi. Good experience overall!"
