"Beautiful resort only con is pools close at 6"

"Overall, we had a great stay, mostly because the staff and waitresses were so friendly, welcoming, and wonderful. However, there were a few issues that need attention. When booking, I specifically requested and paid for a king-size room for myself, but upon arrival, I was given a room with double twin-sized beds instead and my request was neglected. Thankfully, my parents did get the king room they required. Additionally, our bathroom had no hair conditioner on the first day; even though I...

"I enjoyed the resort, a lil chill vibe vs a turn up vibe however I I have no complaints. I would definitely come back & recommend others."

"Beautiful and clean property. The staff is amazing. The only down side is there isn't much to do. The shows at the theater are lip singing dance type pieces, I really expect truly live performances. The piano bar is kind of where the best entertainment is at. In general once 9pm rolls around the resort is dead. The food was all amazing. If you are looking for a quiet romantic trip with great food and service this is it. If you are looking for something a bit lively, you will be disappointed."

"Staff were helpful and friendly"

"Clean room Entertainment perfect, every night live show"

"The hotel rooms were filled with mosquitoes. The food was tasteless and terrible. The dining room staff were slow and impolite. The hallways were always wet or dirty. The hotel turn off all the outside lights at nighttime. Very scary property. I did not feel safe walking outside at night."

"The smaller private all inclusive was amazing. Very relaxing, the staff was top notch, the lower level suite with the cabana was beyond perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make things great. Our view and access to the most beautiful beach there was amazing. Nice, quite and relaxing. The sunset will forever be engraved in my brain. We highly recommend this place."

"We had ants and roaches in our room. We had to constantly ask for towels. The food made me sick. I told the Mgr and she just apologized for the inconvenience"

"It is a very good resort with good food and good views."

"Staff are friendly and happy to help. The food is excellent but be prepared to wait for it, we had waits of up to two hours for a space at one restaurant. The views are amazing and there is lots to do."

"Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip...
