"Great stay"

"Room was clean ,mold on the bathroom ceiling.Breakfast pretty much a joke, beds very uncomfortable, beach was great. The pool and spa was nice and clean. We would stay again for the pet friendly aspect."

"I was there one other time around September 2024. At that time, we had a few issues with our cabin. I spoke with the maintenance man who was the exact maintenance man that I spoke to this past weekend he told me the exact same story he told me two years ago about how the new owner was gonna start improving the place and making it a whole lot better for guest. "Wifi is only in public area."

"The property is beautiful, the gardens are breathtaking, and the staff is kind and seen often working on the property. The lakeside view is exquisite, the cottage itself is absolutely charming. The location is perfect for a summer weekend. We will definitely visit again, Highly recommend."

"Views were beautiful! The beach area was pretty nice minus all the bugs. They are not mayflies, the entire beach is filled with piles of bugs on the sand, and dozens land on you the entire time you sit there trying to relax. The webs on the outside of cabins were insane which lead to dozens of HUGE black spiders that come out as soon as the sun goes down. Very old rustic cabin, had what you needed but extremely old and needs some updating."

"I needed a quiet, affordable place to work on a writing project and booked at the last minute (literally, I booked and immediately got in the car and drove three hours to the cabin). In spite of the last-minute booking, everything was perfect and it was exactly what I needed. I will definitely stay here again."

"I liked the look and feel of the cabin. It had WiFi and very comfortable beds. Outside area was a cute setup with a nice fire pit. You can see the water from the cabin, but there is no way to access it unless you drive to a public beach which takes like 15 minutes or so. Which isn't bad but not well explained in the listing. The cabin was well located for restaurants, groceries, and mini golf. "
