We stayed for two nights and really didn’t have any complaints. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool area was a big hit with our kids. They also really enjoyed the waffles and muffins at breakfast, while we appreciated having plenty of coffee available. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good experience for our family.

However when booking this look into their price on their website or call, Expedia charged me $40.00 more than if I would have booked directly with the facility...

The location of this resort is perfect. Great views of the bay. Easy walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. We ate at the restaurant for dinner the first night and the food was very good. We chose to sit out on the covered deck and it was very peaceful but, the breeze cooled our food quickly. We will probably sit indoors next time.

I have stayed there twice in the last year. The rooms are clean and well-appointed with nice furniture and big-screen tv. The halls are wide, clean and well-lit. The lobby is clean and inviting. The beach on the lakefront is well-maintained and big enough for families with kids to have plenty of fun. It is only a block from downtown East Tawas shops and restaurants, and there is a reasonable restaurant on site.
