"The only reason for giving four stars rather than five was in relation to the Leisure Club. The pool is very shallow at one end (I could actually sit on the floor of the pool and have my head above water). This makes it unsuitable for swimming lengths, although I am sure it is very good for children. I would have preferred it to have been the same depth for the whole length.
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can mention by name Euan, who sorted out my check in, but unfortunately can't remember the name of the lady who sorted my check out. When I discovered that I had left an item in my room, I called back and it was very quickly retrieved for me."
