A truly wonderful hotel with the most attentive and considerate staff (a special shout out to Lincoln for the upgrade). Views are breathtaking and the hotel is spotless. The bar and restaurant is great plus ozone was excellent too. This is truly a step beyond any hotel I’ve stayed in. Highly recommended.

The Peninsula never fails. Truly magical stay. The room was spacious cosy beautifully decorated. Loved the spacious bathroom with jack and Jill sinks. Plenty of storage space. We were met by Cherene from front desk. Cherene was polite and friendly, very knowledgeable about our booking and had arranged everything to make our stay fantastic. We were given a complimentary breakfast in the room for our early checkin, this was lovely. Fresh fruit in the room each day. Came back after a busy day and...

Teaspoon in room was not cleaned properly. Still sticky with stained.

This has to be the best Hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world , from the staff to the amazing hotel, bar , little things make a huge difference . This should be more than a 5 Star hotel . Well done to the St Regis Hong Kong .

Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.

This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful. If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area. We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away

ALL OF THE STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL AND WE LOVED THE HOTEL ,LOCATION 10 MINUTE WALK TO CENTRAL AND PACIFIC PLACE. NOT ALL FACILITIES ARE OPEN BUT THE HOTEL MET OUR NEEDS. WE ARRIVED FROM DUBAI AT 07.15 AM AND WERE CHECKED IN IMMEDIATELY (CHECK IN OFFICIALLY 14.00). THIS WAS GREAT SERVICE AT NO EXTRA COST.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . Which was a delicious cake with a nice bottle of wine 7it for sure make us feel very special. The room was beautiful facing the harbour view on 22 Floors. This is a great hotel to stay when travelling to Kowloon. they serve a very good breakfast every morning, with both European and Asian choices. The location is brilliant, being only a 5 minute walk to the Star Ferry terminal, and minutes form great shopping malls , major stores, hundreds of eateries and many bars. The staff in this hotel go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible, especially the room maids who always greet you every day with a smile and some friendly chat. The...

Excellent as always! I wouldn't consider using another similarly priced hotel in Causeway Bay as Lanson Place is just the perfect place for a biz trip stay. No doubt you can get cheaper, but LP is the tops for style and comfort.

Brilliant stay. Very attentive friendly staff. Clean spacious well thought out rooms with comfy beds and amenities. Lovely cocktail bar and well equipped gym. Great transport links to HK island & Kowloon and airport shuttle service. Made full use of the fantastic shopping area and trekking around Lantau Island. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Stayed in Eaton for 16 nights. Staffs were lovely and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Will stay here again in the future.

Loved our stay at the Courtyard Sha Tin. We requested adjoining rooms which was brilliant. Our Double Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Very comfortable beds, and we appreciated the bathrobes and slippers. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, from Check in, concierge, breakfast, and housekeeping - all excellent. Really good choices at MoMo Restaurant for breakfast too. Cannot fault this Hotel, have recommended to others and will definitely return. Thank you!

Wonderful location; staff really helpful

4 adults shared one room - plenty of space. Nice hotel. Good location. 7/11 and subway close by!
