"I reserved a particular room but was not honored what I requested. Instead I received an “upgrade” but didn’t feel like much of an upgrade to me. The property is beautiful, the staff was helpful although understaffed but the property was upscale. Prepare to pay $30 for the buffet which doesn’t have an array of options to choose from. I’d stay again to experience the room I want and the spa."

"The staff was great and very helpful. Great beach and water but could use some updates on the decking that runs throughout the property. Definitely have plans to go back very soon"

"Diving was outstanding,"

"Clean and they let you use the property without too many limitations..we stayed out in the dock till late without a problem.the restaurant owner was really nice.great service and good food"

"By far one of roatans best places to stay. The staff extremely helpful and the shuttle service was Class A. We will definitely be staying there again soon. Oh and herbies sport pub is a sports fan dream! So much to see as far as memorabilia. And the food is excellent and fair prices."

"We loved our stay at Puerta Azul. It was very kid friendly and the staff was attentive. The food at this villa is delicious. Nothing on the menu will disappoint. The owners are very personable and our two year old was able to hangout and play with children there on the beach. Housekeeping was amazing. We will definitely be back."
