"The apartment was great. Plenty of room. The cafe downstairs is good and the staff there were helpful. Access was easy and the ability to use the laundry came in really handy for us after a month of travel. Would definitely stay here again"

"O flat é excelente e proporciona todo o conforto para quem quiser descansar após um longo dia de passeios, cozinhar se preferir preparar uma refeição e ter uma boa noite de sono. O flat é bem equipado, até com máquina de lavar roupas, mas faltou o sabão. :) O banheiro bem limpo, amplo, com toalhas de ótima qualidade. Não houve limpeza durante os 05 dias que estivemos lá. Achei estranho que o lixeiro da cozinha estava quase cheio quando chegamos...nao sei se foi falha ou qual seria o...

"Every thing was perfect on our trip , walking distant from our apartment is about 15 min to the train , bus and tram station a Coop store near by the train station make it a very convenience that we can by milk , fruits and snack to pack on the train . Neighbor is very quiet and clean . We loved this apartment it felt like home away from home ."

"Prompt response from the property Manager on some minor issues, Apartment was outdated but clean and spacious. Good Tram/Bus connection from Zurich station (10-15 mins) and grocery store very close by. "

"The location is in the basement, which is not a particular problem for me, because when visiting, you stay in the hotel at night, but there is practically no ventilation. I don't expect air conditioning, but access to air."

"Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. However it was a good price for the time we were there and we didn’t sirens a lot of time in the room anyway. Only came and cleaned and gave new towels once in 9 days. "
