"Ubicación excelente y personal extraordinario. Profesionales y muy agradables.
Nos atendieron en todo momento con una cordialidad y una agilidad excelente.
El hotel es bonito pero le falta una reforma. La decoración está ajada y obsoleta."

"On October 17 in the afternoon, there was a protest in front of the hotel.
We were DISAPPOINTED at the absence of hotel management during this time of crisis at the main reception area when the protesters were in front of the main entrance. We saw only two staff members who could NOT answer any questions.
The two main wooden doors could NOT be closed for more protection. One door was inoperable and stuck.
In time of any crisis, it would reassuring to see management present!"

"It's a charming hotel in the Carmes area of Toulouse. Our stay was very comfortable, with valet parking and hospitality for my little dog. The on-site brasserie offers a set menu that includes cassoulet and croque monsieur, prepared with excellence. The morning of our stay, I needed a before-hours breakfast that was beautifully and thoughtfully prepared and packaged for me. The overall feel was that of polish, courtesy, and sophistication, even though the hotel itself is beginning to show traces...

"What a cool vibey high energy hotel. I knew nothing of Mama Shelter before staying at this property, but I'll definitely stay at other "Mama's"
Great location close to everything and the buzz of the City, yet the rooms were quiet.
Amenities: Great breakfast buffet. I should have included it for all days...next time.
Fitness facilities: There are none. Come on Mama, get with the wellness program.
Restaurant: Just hopping and buzzing at night, and cafe loungey during the day allowing you to do...
