"The hotel is amazing. I am not going back because we depend in the flight hours and hour flight was at 5:30pm, so we need to do a late check out and we try to negotiate with the hotel to deliver the rooms and just continue in the installations and they said that is not possible. We can just stay at the lobby without meals or drinks. They want to charge around $50 USD per person if we want to eat or drink. Flight hours are not in our hands. They should be more flexible. Thank you "

"Lovely hideaway in Caleta. Beautifully renovated design hotel with the 50s vibe. Amazing tropical views. Great pool side restaurant. Convenient connection with Acapulco downtown. We had a great time starting the 2020 here :) The staff helped us to arrange a private driver/tour guide to show around Acapulco. Many thanks for having us and hope to be back :)"

"My travel planning usually pays off, but Bungalow's in the Zihuataneo/Ixtapa area was a HUGE exception. As a Google Local Guide, I know to verify a hotel room or short-term rental in person before payment. What I found? A disgusting, moldy room, nothing like the online photos. The kitchen was unsanitary. Then came the cancellation nightmare – hours of calls, transfers, and zero resolution. I've posted photos and videos on their Google Maps profile.
