"Very nice place. Only downsides are that it’s a little tough to find if you’re not used to driving in a high traffic areas, no free parking (they offer discounted parking from another hotel down the street) the rooms do not have central AC (only fans & it gets HOT at night), our room and bathroom were right in front of the dining area… so you can hear everything and everyone walking by the room.. other than all of these things… breakfast was fine and staff were very friendly."

"Lindas instalaciones, el personal de servicio amable pero no me gusta la parte all inclusive porque la calidad de la comida y las bebidas deja mucho que desear. Además no me parece que solo hayan 2 restaurantes con comida especial y si uno no alcanzó cupo no tiene derecho a entrar y finalmente todo eso se está pagando. Además si es all inclusive no entiendo porque las bebidas del mini refrigerador en la habitación si tendrían un costo adicional."

"The hotel offers parking, which is a major plus in Antigua Guatemala! The room was clean, but it definitely needs curtains for better ventilation. Our room was located on one of the corridors, and the window has wooden doors with a second set of glass doors. If we wanted ventilation, we had to open the window; however, lots of people walk through the corridors, so there is absolutely no privacy. You either have to close the windows for privacy or open them for ventilation—there is no in-between....

"The good - the property has beautiful lawn and a nice pool. Staff was helpful. They have a free shuttle that takes you about a kilometer and drops you close to Central Park. Breakfast was good. The bad - the building is pretty run down. The toilet was very dirty and we had to request room change. In new room bathroom got clogged and had yellow water. They tried and somewhat fixed it, but I think they have old plumbing issue. They charge cars about $3 for parking. It can be validated for taxis...

"Just 1 of the waiters had a preference to serve better the euro american custumers. When i asked for the same drink in a bottle he replied by saying no glass containers near the pool which is safer but them were getting glass bottles so he had no choice but to give the same sarvice but he wasn't happy.. so treating others better is wrong you as Guatemalan must respect people of all walks of life .paying customers deserve that."

"Traveled with 3 kids, stayed in the family suite- A/C was so cold during these hot summer days absolutely perfect. Food was great, attentive staff, quite location. Phenomenal access to all the hot spots within walking distance ! Would highly recommend ! We also booked the airport transfer through them directly. The driver was absolutely amazing from beginning to end book the same driver on the way back would highly recommend arranging transportation directly through them."
