"No one works the desk between midnight and 7am, so if you show up early to check-in you will need to wait outside. During these hours, the elevator (which maxes out at 1 person), is also out of order, so if you are leaving early and have luggage you will need to carry it downstairs on your own. Very basic rooms and linens, a true budget hotel. Area is good and easy to get to/around, so if you're just looking for a place to sleep, this is fine."

The room is about as small as they get, but the bed was cozy and it was quiet. The shower is a bit weird and gets water all over the bath floor even with the curtain drawn, but the water was hot and there were extra towels to wipe up.
