"The property could use an update. Everything except the bed was in need of replacing. The bed, sheets and pillows were amazing. Very comfy. The food and staff in the buffet were great. I'd stay there again."

"Great concierge assistance, shuttle, good wait staff. The front desk helped me place a call for the car. Kind assistance for confused and anxious travelers like myself"

"Wir waren vom 18. auf den 19. August 2026 in diesem Hotel.

"Great location, nice spacious room, great staff tha bends over backwards to make sure your stay is as perfect as it can be. Our third time in Joburg on the way to a safari, and we’ve always sprayed here, suspect we always will."

"Room was clean, easy shuttle ride"

"Habitación cómoda y limpia"

"Would highly recommend 5 out 5 stars"

"Convenient and good value."

"Very mátter of fact hotel. Comfortable convienent. Not a memorable experience."

"For $150/night this is very poor. The breakfast was extremely limited and even with the limited options there were empty pots!! Further the room service is very poor. If you ask for a bottle of water, they will make you feel that will you pay for it Sir!! Very strange."

"Nice pool area for relaxation. Good restaurant for not going out. convenient shuttle service to Sandton City Mall, the best in Johannesburg."
