"What to say!
This was a last minute booking which totally changed the feel of our trip.
A haven of peace and tranquility.
Such welcoming friendly staff and owners.
Very helpful on the accommodation front.
We could not have asked for more.
Half an hour'ish walk to the beach through the wetlands or taxis to go further. A very peaceful safe area. Very friendly and very little hassle.
An interesting location attracted interesting visitors. Dinner around the large round table in the evening...

"Trips, their cars 4-wheel were very old and packed with people. For example on safari they packed 18 people in car. From other places, as I seen it in the parking lot, they all have smaller cars, 4 or 6 people."

"A 5-star hotel with a 2-star overbooking issue. (Note: many guests were faced with the same problem we had.) "This was the worst hotel in gambia. It started with the fee to check in early $1500 dalasi (no one can control when their flights come in) you should be able to check in early if the hotel is not full and your guys were definitely not full the 3 weeks that I stayed. We got to our room and the toilet wouldn't flush and we had no AC. After traveling I couldn't even stand in the room because I couldn't breathe.
